Accessibility statement
Useful guidance should be usable.

Our commitment
ApplyPDF aims to make its website understandable and operable for a wide range of visitors, including people using keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice input, or reduced-motion preferences.
Measures in the current site
We use semantic headings and landmarks, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, labeled form controls, descriptive links, responsive layouts, strong text contrast, and interactions that do not require document uploads. Content is written in plain language and long guides include structured navigation.
Standards and testing
Our design goal is alignment with relevant WCAG 2.2 Level AA practices. This statement is not a certification of conformance. We use code review and manual keyboard checks and will expand assistive-technology testing as the site develops.
Known limitations
External primary-reference pages and linked PDFs are controlled by their publishers and may have different accessibility characteristics. Email is currently the contact channel; a hosted contact form is not yet available. We welcome reports of any barrier we have missed.
Feedback
Email accessibility@applypdf.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier encountered, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Please do not attach sensitive documents. We aim to acknowledge substantive accessibility feedback within five business days.
