1. Who we are

ApplyPDF is an independent educational website available at applypdf.com. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@applypdf.com.

2. Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the address, message, and any information you choose to include. Please do not send sensitive documents. We use messages to respond, investigate corrections or requests, protect the service, and maintain a reasonable correspondence record.

3. Information generated during a visit

Hosting and security systems may process standard request data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser or device information, referring page, and diagnostic or security events. This data is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain service reliability.

4. Local tools

The checklist selections and size-planner values are processed in your browser. The tools do not select or inspect a PDF, and their current version does not send those entries to ApplyPDF or store them between visits.

5. Analytics and advertising

ApplyPDF may introduce privacy-conscious measurement and Google AdSense advertising. If technologies that require consent are activated for visitors in applicable regions, we will use an appropriate consent mechanism and update this notice. Advertising providers may process identifiers, device information, approximate location, and interaction data according to their own notices and the choices available to you.

6. Cookies and local storage

At launch, ApplyPDF does not set optional analytics or advertising cookies through its own page code. Essential hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary technologies. See our cookie notice for the current categories and future consent approach.

7. Service providers and disclosure

We use infrastructure providers to host, secure, and deliver the site. They process limited data on our behalf or under their terms. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

Operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, reliability, and legal obligations under provider and site practices. Correspondence is retained while needed to answer and document the request, then deleted or minimized unless a longer period is required.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing and to withdraw consent. Send a request to the privacy address above. We may need to verify identity and may retain limited information where legally required.

10. International processing

Internet infrastructure may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, providers and site operators use legally recognized transfer safeguards.

11. Children

ApplyPDF is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The safest choice is not to send us confidential PDF files at all.

13. Changes

We will update the date and content of this policy when practices change materially. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised notice.
