ApplyPDF provides general educational information and self-service checklists. Content is not legal, compliance, security, accessibility-certification, financial, or professional advice. Requirements vary by recipient, software, jurisdiction, and document. You are responsible for checking the applicable instructions and final file.
3. No guarantee of acceptance
We aim to reduce common errors but cannot guarantee that a portal will accept a PDF, a recipient will consider it sufficient, a signature will be enforceable, a redaction will meet a specific legal standard, or a document will conform to an accessibility requirement.
4. Your documents and conduct
Do not send us sensitive documents, passwords, or signing credentials. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, introduce malicious code, scrape at a rate that harms availability, or use content to violate rights or law.
5. Intellectual property
ApplyPDF’s original text, visual design, and branding are protected by applicable law. You may use the public checklists for personal or internal reference and link to our pages. You may not republish substantial portions, remove attribution, sell copies, or create a misleading replica without permission.

Links to standards bodies, product documentation, and other resources are provided for context. We do not control third-party availability, security, content, or terms. Product names belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or remove content or features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every guide will remain current for every software version.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so they may not fully apply to you.
